Wood Chipper : Drum type, specially for big capacity wood chipping.

The shredwell DWC series drum wood chipper developed allows multiple wasted materials such as log, undersized tree, wood processing residues(such as board, slab, log core, waste veneer etc.),Non-wood fiber rod stems (such as bamboo, cotton stalk, read, straw, wheat straw etc.)to shape into certain specifications of piece of material, the capacity can reach up to around 100 Tons per hour.

The engine of wood chipper, welded by high strength sheet metal,is the support foundation for the whole machine.Dead-knife seat support welded with the engine base is used to put the knife seats.The pressed block fasten the dead knife in the knife seats by specialized in manufacturing of high strength bolts. The knife base is fixed in the engine base by clamp which can pass through the hole of side wall of base free. The chips can fall down through the screen and discharge the bottom of engine base.

Oversized wood chips can be broken by grinding rod installed in the engine base.

1. Low power consumption, which is 20-50% lower than similar wood chipper in market.
2. Special material blade, with high strength and anti-abrasion. Free of any professional tool sharpener, low maintenance cost.
3. Feeding system of wood chipper machine consists of feeding and squeezing parts:
(1) Squeezing part: automatic controlled by hydraulic systems from wood chipping machine
(2) Feeding system: can be frequency controlled and can prevent wood chipper fromoverload working when it is overload, the material will be returned back.
4. Forging dead plate, with high strength and long service time.
5. Bearing adopts Sweden SKF heavy duty bearing, ensure the equipment’s performanceand service life under continus full load operation state.
6. PLC control system (optional).
7. The Min. diameter of output wood chips <=2CM, higher than industry’s level.
