Project Description
Used copper wire cable has a high value, the advantage of recycling is that is allows economies to be made, not only of non-renewable natural resources( copper ore, bauxite), but also of the energy required for the extraction and the transformation of the ores in order to obtain in metal.
The steps of the process are 100% mechanical and allow different fractions of the cable components to be separated progressively, in the end, to obtain the metal with 99.99% purity.
To best separate the materials to recycle and to optimize the quality of the finished products, SHREDWELL has grafted numerous systems onto the process: optical sorting and eddy current separation completes the usual range.
Equipment Suitable For Processing Metal Drum
Tire Shredder is designed to turn whole tires into rough shreds chips around 50-100MM.
Rasper is the ultimate machine for mid-stream and steel separation for 20mm wire free chips.
Rubber Granulator is designed to grind rubber mulch into 0-5mm rubber granules.
